Do You Qualify?

• Are you allowed to work in the United States, and;
  if you are male, are you registered for Selective Service (males born after 12/31/59)?

And (one or more of the following):

• A working or unemployed low-income adult or;
   
• "A Displaced Homemaker" An Individual who has been providing unpaid services to family members in the home and who has been dependent on the income of another family member, but is no longer supported by that income; is underemployed and is experiencing difficulty in obtaining or upgrading employment.
   
• Unable to continue your career (a dislocated worker) or;
   
• An individual with a disability or other barrier to work or;
   
• In danger of losing your job without further retraining or;
   
• An Alaska Resident who has paid into Unemployment Insurance within the last three years and needs additional skills to return to work.
